Disclaimer

Effective Date: 5 August 2026 Last Updated: 5 August 2026

4.1 Nature of the Services

TradeAlly, powered by the shared TM Search Engine, provides automated screening against Restricted Party lists, HS Code sanctions, Dual-Use goods classifications, Re-Export controls, Hazchem classifications, Precursor Chemicals lists, PEP lists, Criminal Watchlists, and Adverse Media sources.

4.2 Not Legal Advice

The screening tools and all outputs provided through the Services constitute compliance assistance and information only. They do not constitute legal advice, and Prime TMS is not a law firm. Users must seek independent legal counsel before making compliance, trade, export, or business decisions based on Service outputs.

4.3 No Guarantee of Completeness or Accuracy

While Prime TMS maintains and updates its underlying databases regularly (RPS, PEP, Criminal Watchlists, Adverse Media, HS Code, Dual-Use, Hazchem, and Precursor Chemical data), no warranty is given that screening results are complete, current, or error-free. Regulatory lists change frequently and may not be reflected in real time.

4.4 User Responsibility

Users remain solely responsible for their own compliance decisions, including determining the legality of any transaction, export, or business relationship. Reliance on the Services does not transfer or discharge any legal or regulatory obligation from the user to Prime TMS.

4.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Singapore law, Prime TMS disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on screening results, including but not limited to financial loss, regulatory penalties, or reputational damage. This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

4.6 No Third-Party Beneficiary

This Disclaimer is for the benefit of Prime TMS and confers no rights upon any third party who may rely on screening outputs shared by a user.

4.7 Severability

If any provision of this Disclaimer is found unenforceable under Singapore law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
